Catalog CSV import

Bulk import your products to Catalog.

Zonos Catalog's bulk import feature lets you import your entire catalog at once. When filling out the Catalog CSV template, the only required field for each product is a SKU or product ID. If your file has duplicates of the same product based on the SKU and product ID, Catalog creates a product the first time, and then, if relevant, the product details will be updated with any new or supplementary information for the duplicated products.

CSV field descriptions

All product fields, presented as column headers, must be supplied for a successful Catalog CSV upload. While it's not mandatory to fill out every field for individual items, modifying or deleting any column headers in the template will disrupt the upload process, regardless of data availability for each field.

Once you fill out the template with your product details, upload your CSV to your Catalog.

Importing products

  1. Download the Catalog CSV template.
  2. Map your product details to the Zonos CSV template fields. Learn more about the product detail fields.
  3. Save your file as a CSV.
  4. Upload your new CSV file to Catalog by dragging and dropping your file or by clicking browse to find and select your file. Note that the maximum file size for Catalog upload is 100 MB, or about 100,000 products.
  5. Follow the prompts to review your uploaded products and correct fields if there are any errors.
  6. Click Import.
Importing multiple country-specific HS codes

The Catalog template only permits one country-specific HS code per product per upload. A practical workaround is to do a separate upload for each country with country-specific HS codes for each product. Do this by re-uploading the same file, only changing the country-specific HS codes and corresponding ship-to countries. Use the same unique identifiers (SKU/Product ID) for each upload to ensure that Catalog accurately adds the new country-specific info to your existing products.
