Filters
Use filters to find specific changes.
Filter by Event
The Event filter allows you to sort by specific fields in Dashboard that were changed, e.g., Fulfillment center, Shipping profile, Landed cost setting, and Shipping zone.
- Click Event.
- Select the event(s) you would like to filter by.
- Click Apply to view all related change events.
- To remove this filter, click the minus sign in the filter button.
Filter by Date
The Date filter allows you to see changes that were made within a specific date range.
- Click Date.
- Select the date parameters.
- Click Apply to view all change events made during the selected time frame.
- To remove this filter, click the minus sign in the filter button.
Filter by User
The User filter allows you to filter changes that were made by one or more specific team members.
- Click User.
- Select the team member(s) you would like to filter by.
- Click Apply to view all change events made by these users.
- To remove this filter, click the minus sign in the filter button.
Audit log details
To view more details about a specific event, click into an event to see the User, User email, Timestamp, and the records of what was changed. If multiple fields were changed, you will see multiple records. There are two ways to view records:

Compare: This tab will highlight added fields in green and removed fields in red. Unchanged fields will have no color.

JSON: This tab provides you with a different view by showing the original field, followed by what the field was changed to, followed by what was deleted.
Add a note
Notes enable Admin users to add comments to audit logs, providing context for changes made. Each note must be under 100 characters. Multiple notes can be added to an audit log, but they cannot be edited or deleted. Audit logs with notes will display a note icon next to the log title. To view a note, hover over the note icon.
There are two ways to add a note
From the audit log entry:
- Click the more menu (...) at the far right of an audit log entry.
- Select Add note.
- Enter your note and click Save.
From the audit log details:

Click Add note in the top-right corner.

Enter your note and click Save.
Audit log
Track setting changes made in Dashboard.The Audit log enables admin users to track and review changes made in Dashboard. You can filter by event, date, and user to see the change history.
To use this feature, log into Dashboard and go to Settings -> Audit log.
