Workflow step: validate the categories of the drafts created by catalogItemDraftsCreateWorkflow earlier in the same operation and, per applySuggestion, replace a draft's categories with the top suggestion so later steps use the corrected categories. Drafts without categories are skipped. A draft whose validation fails (including one whose image has expired) is left out and reported in errors as Catalog item draft {draftId}: {reason} with its draftId in the extensions; the other drafts are still validated.
