Saves the operation's catalog item drafts as catalog items, with what earlier steps recorded: categories from categoriesValidateWorkflow and the HS code (and its classification) from classificationsCalculateWorkflow. Upserts by item key like catalogItemCreate; an item that can't be saved is reported in errors (with its draftId) while the others are still saved. Each returned catalog item carries the draftId it came from. A draft without the identifier the catalog is keyed on (sku, or productId; see CatalogSetting.itemKeyPreference) is saved as a new catalog item whose id is also used as that identifier, so running the workflow again saves it again as another item.
Mutation.
