Entry step of the catalog item enrichment workflow. Creates short-lived drafts that later *Workflow mutations in the same operation (for example categoriesValidateWorkflow, classificationsCalculateWorkflow, exportClassificationsInferWorkflow) read and enrich, so item details and the image are sent once. Drafts live only for the operation that created them. A draft that can't be created (blank name, unreadable image) is left out and reported in errors as Catalog item draft {draftId}: {reason} with draftId and its input index in the extensions; the other drafts are still created. Too many or too few drafts fails the whole step.
