Why we acquired Evolve.
Zonos already had every piece of the cross-border stack except the license and the ACE filer code. Rather than build a brokerage from scratch, we acquired one that had spent years doing exactly the kind of work our partners need: high-volume, low-value, informal commercial entries filed at ecommerce speed.
Evolve is now a wholly-owned Zonos subsidiary, filing under its CBP filer code and powering Zonos Brokerage Services. For the consolidators and carriers partnering with Zonos, that experience is now part of the platform — no outside broker, no separate contract, no extra integration.
