Develop and maintain product and technical documentation for Zonos. You will help develop the strategy for delivering the experience for integrating Zonos and using Zonos products for new and existing customers. You will work with engineers, product managers, marketing, and the executive team to learn about our products and customer needs, to create documentation from scratch. You will update the current docs to be consistent with the voice and style required for the audience.
