買収について
Evolveを買収した理由。
Zonosは越境スタックのすべての要素をすでに備えていましたが、ライセンスとACE filer codeだけが欠けていました。ゼロから通関業務を構築するのではなく、パートナーが必要とする作業、つまりeコマースのスピードで申告される大量・低価値・非公式商業申告（informal commercial entries）に長年取り組んできた通関業者を買収しました。
Evolveは現在Zonosの完全子会社となり、CBP filer codeの下で申告し、Zonos Brokerage Servicesを支えています。Zonosと提携する混載業者やキャリアにとって、その経験はプラットフォームの一部となりました。外部ブローカー、別契約、追加連携は不要です。
