Import products
- Dashboard -> Products -> Catalog로 이동합니다.
- 우측 상단 Manage Catalog를 클릭한 후 드롭다운에서 Import products를 선택합니다.
- sample CSV template을 클릭하여 Catalog CSV 템플릿을 다운로드합니다.
- product details를 Zonos CSV 템플릿 필드에 맞춥니다. 아래 표를 사용하여 올바른 값과 정보를 가장 적합한 필드에 사용하고 있는지 확인하세요.
- 사용하지 않는 필드/열은 비워 두세요. 삭제해도 되지만 필수는 아닙니다.
- 파일을 CSV로 저장합니다.
- 파일을 드래그 앤 드롭하거나 browse를 클릭하여 Catalog CSV 파일을 업로드합니다. Catalog 업로드 최대 파일 크기는 50 MB입니다.
- 프롬프트에 따라 업로드한 품목을 검토하고 오류가 있으면 필드를 수정합니다.
- Import를 클릭합니다.
Field requirements
품목을 import하려면 SKU 또는 product ID 중 하나만 있으면 되며, 어느 쪽을 사용할지는 item key preference에 따라 다릅니다. 그 외의 열은 모두 비워 둘 수 있습니다.
다만, 품목 세부 정보를 더 많이 제공할수록 결과가 좋아집니다. 완전한 품목 데이터는 landed cost 정확도, HS code 분류, 통관 처리를 개선하고, 고객에게 발생할 수 있는 지연이나 예상치 못한 비용 청구 가능성을 줄여줍니다. 식별자만 있으면 되지만, 보유한 데이터가 있는 모든 필드를 작성하는 것을 권장합니다.

일부 필드는 단독으로는 선택 사항이지만, 관련 필드를 사용하는 즉시 필수가 됩니다.

참고: Weight는 기본값이
pound이고 dimension은 기본값이inch이지만, 이 기본값은 값과 단위를 모두 비워 둔 경우에만 적용됩니다. weight나 dimension 값을 입력하면서 단위를 지정하지 않으면 import가 실패합니다.
참고: inclusive pricing을 사용하는 경우 모든 품목에 price와 currency가 필수이며, currency는 조직의 기본 통화(native currency)와 일치해야 합니다.
CSV fields descriptions
Required 열은 필드가 필수인지, 선택인지, 아니면 제공하는 다른 필드에 따라 조건부로 필수인지를 나타냅니다.

CSV import errors
catalog 품목 import 시 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 다음은 import 오류와 해결 방법입니다. 오류를 해결한 후 CSV를 다시 import할 수 있습니다.

Catalog CSV import
Catalog에 품목을 대량 import하세요.Zonos Catalog의 bulk import를 사용하면 전체 카탈로그를 한 번에 import할 수 있습니다. Catalog CSV 템플릿을 작성할 때 각 품목에 필요한 유일한 필드는 SKU or product ID입니다. SKU 및 product ID 기준으로 동일 품목이 중복되면 Catalog는 처음에 품목을 생성한 후, 해당되는 경우 중복 품목의 새로운 또는 보충 정보로 업데이트합니다.
