Channel integrations

Zonos Sync is an app from Zonos that connects an Amazon seller account to your Zonos Verified Account. Amazon hosts your store, so there's no store address to enter—Zonos sends you straight to Seller Central to approve the connection.

What it does

• Syncs your catalog. Your Amazon listings flow into Zonos with SKU, title, description, price, image, brand, weight, and country of origin where you've set it. As you add or change listings, Zonos picks up the changes automatically.
• Syncs your orders. Orders arrive with line items, totals, tax, and shipping, plus tracking numbers for orders you fulfill yourself.
• Classifies your products for customs. Amazon doesn't carry HS codes, and country of origin is optional and often unset, so Zonos assigns the classification data customs authorities require.
• Screens for U.S. import requirements. Every synced item is checked against U.S. Partner Government Agency (PGA) rules, such as FDA and CPSC requirements, and flagged before it ships rather than after a parcel is held.

What it doesn't do

• It never writes to your Amazon account—no listing edits, price changes, inventory updates, or order modifications.
• It never requests buyer personal information—no buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or street addresses.
• It doesn't create shipping labels or move freight.

Requirements

• An active Zonos account.
• An Amazon seller account that sells on the U.S. marketplace (amazon.com). Accounts that don't sell there can't connect.
• Authorization from the Seller Central account owner.

How to connect

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select Amazon.
3. Click Connect to go to Amazon's authorization screen. Sign in to Seller Central as the account owner and approve Zonos's request to access your orders and listings.
4. You're returned to the Channels page, where the connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes.

Zonos never asks for your Amazon password, and you can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.

Pricing

Zonos Sync is free to install and use. There's no charge for the app and no per-order or per-listing fee.

Note: The first sync can take several minutes on a large catalog; after that, only changed listings are re-read. Amazon rarely publishes HS codes or country of origin, so Zonos fills those in. Tracking syncs only for orders you fulfill yourself.

Connect your eBay seller account to sync your products—including SKU, name, description, price, and weight, plus HS code and country of origin when set in your listings—to your Zonos catalog.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select eBay.
3. Click Connect to go to eBay's login and authorization screen. Sign in and approve Zonos's request to access your orders and catalog.
4. You're returned to the Channels page. The connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes. Once it does, that label is replaced by a Last synced timestamp and buttons to view your synced catalog and orders.

Connect your Etsy shop to sync your products—including SKU, name, description, price, and weight, plus HS code and country of origin when set in your shop—to your Zonos catalog.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select Etsy.
3. Click Connect to go to Etsy's login and authorization screen. Sign in and approve Zonos's request to access your orders and catalog.
4. You're returned to the Channels page. The connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes. Once it does, that label is replaced by a Last synced timestamp and buttons to view your synced catalog and orders.

Because Magento runs on your own site, Zonos needs your store's web address, plus a set of API keys you create in your Magento Admin—there's no login screen to redirect you to.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select Magento.
3. Enter your store's web address—the same one you use to visit your store—and click Continue. Your store must be reachable over https.
4. In your Magento Admin, go to System > Extensions > Integrations and click Add New Integration.

5. Name the integration (for example, "Zonos Sync"), enter your admin password to confirm, then open the API tab.

6. Under Resource Access, choose Custom and grant these three permissions. Every other resource can stay unchecked.

Catalog > Inventory > Products

Optionally, also grant Stores > Settings > All Stores so Zonos can read your store's configured weight unit—without it, Zonos defaults to pounds.

7. Click Save, then click Activate next to the integration you just created.

8. Review the permissions and click Allow.

9. Magento displays four values—Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, and Access Token Secret—only once. Copy all four before leaving the page; deactivating and reactivating the integration generates a new set.

10. Back in Zonos, paste each of the four values into the matching field, then click Continue. Store code is optional—leave it blank unless your Magento install has more than one store view.
11. You're returned to the Channels page, where the connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes.

Note: These credentials don't expire, so this is a one-time setup with no periodic reconnection needed. Magento has no core HS code field, so that always arrives empty and Zonos fills it in for you. Country of origin syncs when it's set on the product. Tracking numbers sync from shipments recorded in Magento.

Connect your Shopify store to sync your products—including SKU, name, description, price, and weight, plus HS code and country of origin when set in your shop—to your Zonos catalog.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select Shopify.
3. Click Connect to go to the Zonos Channel app listing on the Shopify App Store. Click Add app and approve Zonos's request to access your orders and catalog.
4. You're returned to the Channels page. The connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes. Once it does, that label is replaced by a Last synced timestamp and buttons to view your synced catalog and orders.

Wix hosts your store, so there's no store address to enter—Zonos sends you straight to Wix to approve the connection.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select Wix.
3. Click Connect to go to Wix's installation screen. Choose the site you want to connect, then approve the Zonos Sync app's read-only request for your orders and products.
4. You're returned to the Channels page, where the connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes.

Note: Your site needs Wix Stores added for there to be a catalog to sync. Wix doesn't publish HS codes or country of origin for products, so those arrive empty and Zonos fills them in for you. Tracking numbers sync once you fulfill an order in Wix and add tracking details—a fulfillment saved without a tracking number has nothing to sync.

Because WooCommerce runs on your own site, Zonos needs your store's web address before it can send you anywhere to approve the connection.

1. In Dashboard, go to the Channels page.
2. Click Add channel and select WooCommerce.
3. Enter your store's web address—the same one you use to visit your store—and click Continue. Your store must be reachable over https.
4. You're taken to your own store's authorization screen. Sign in as an administrator and approve Zonos's read-only request for your orders and products.
5. You're returned to the Channels page, where the connection shows Sync pending until the first sync completes.

Note: Tracking numbers sync if your store records them in either WooCommerce's Order Fulfillments feature—off by default, and your developer needs to switch it on—or a compatible tracking plugin such as WooCommerce Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking. Other tracking plugins may store tracking where Zonos can't read it. Catalog and order syncing work either way.
