Verify your email and phone number

Verify your contact information to secure your Australia Post Verified Account.

Before you can continue setup, Zonos requires you to verify your email address—and your phone number, if you provided one. This confirms your identity, protects your account, and ensures you receive important updates related to your Australia Post Verified Account.

Verify your email and phone number 

After you create your Zonos account for Australia Post, you’ll be asked to verify your email address and, if provided, your phone number. This keeps your account secure and ensures you receive important notifications.

Verify your email

To verify your email address:

  • We’ll send a verification code to your email inbox.
  • Enter the code in the verification field.
  • Didn’t get it? Click Resend to request another code.

Verify your phone number (if provided)

If you entered your phone number during signup, you’ll also be asked to verify it after you verify your email.

  • We’ll send a verification code to your phone.
  • Enter the code in the verification field.
  • Didn’t get it? Click Resend to request another code.

Once both are verified, you can continue setting up your business information and billing details for your Verified Account.
