Calculate US sales tax

Calculate sales tax for US shipments.

Zonos can calculate US sales tax for merchants selling domestically in the US as well as merchants who are selling cross-border into the US.

Enable US sales tax calculation 

If you are using Landed Cost guarantee, the US calculations will not be guaranteed and you will be responsible for the remittance of those taxes to the proper authorities.

  1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings.
  2. In the left-hand nav, click Landed Cost -> Tax IDs.
  3. You will see a list of states, you can click the state or states that you need to have taxes calculated for.
  4. Once you have selected the state or states, click Save.
