Ontvang real-time eventmeldingen voor uw Zonos-integratie.
Deze gids beschrijft de event types die Zonos als webhook-response kan sturen. Elk type retourneert een specifiek GraphQL-object met de gegevens die relevant zijn voor het event.
Het ORDER_STATUS_CHANGED-event wordt getriggerd wanneer een orderstatus wijzigt. Het retourneert altijd een Order-object. Mogelijke statussen staan in de OrderStatus-enum.
Het ORDER_RETURN_CREATED-event wordt getriggerd wanneer er een retour voor een order wordt aangemaakt. De nieuwe retour begint met de status REQUESTED.
Bij het aanmaken van een retour wordt niet ook ORDER_RETURN_STATUS_CHANGED verstuurd. Bij elke statuswijziging daarna wel.

De gegevens van de retour ophalen
Retourevents bevatten alleen het event type en het ID van de retour. Om de status, items, het label en de geschiedenis van de retour op te halen, vraagt u deze op met orderReturn, met de velden die uw integratie nodig heeft. Dit retourneert een OrderReturn-object.

Opmerking: De query retourneert de retour zoals deze is op het moment van uw verzoek, niet zoals deze was toen het event werd getriggerd. Als een retour snel opnieuw wijzigt, kan deze de status waar het event over ging al voorbij zijn. Behandel status als de huidige staat van de retour en gebruik statusTransitions voor de geschiedenis. De items in statusTransitions staan niet gegarandeerd op volgorde, dus sorteer ze op createdAt.
Het ORDER_RETURN_STATUS_CHANGED-event wordt getriggerd wanneer een retour naar een nieuwe status gaat: goedgekeurd, label uitgegeven, onderweg, ontvangen, geïnspecteerd, voltooid, afgewezen of geannuleerd.
Het nieuwste item in statusTransitions van de retour, op basis van createdAt, toont de wijziging: de fromStatus, de toStatus, wie de wijziging heeft gedaan en een eventuele opmerking, zoals de reden waarom een retour is afgewezen. Om dit te lezen, vraagt u de retour op zoals hierboven beschreven onder De gegevens van de retour ophalen.
Het ORDER_RETURN_COMPLETED-event wordt getriggerd wanneer een retour is voltooid en afgesloten.
Bij het voltooien van een retour wordt ook ORDER_RETURN_STATUS_CHANGED verstuurd. Als u alleen wilt weten wanneer retouren worden afgesloten, abonneer u dan alleen op ORDER_RETURN_COMPLETED in plaats van elke statuswijziging te verwerken. Als u zich op beide abonneert, ontvangt u twee webhooks wanneer een retour wordt voltooid.
ORDER_RETURN_COMPLETED wordt niet verstuurd voor afgewezen of geannuleerde retouren. Die eindigen alleen met ORDER_RETURN_STATUS_CHANGED.

Opmerking: Het voltooien van een retour betaalt de shopper nooit terug. De linkedRefunds van een voltooide retour toont terugbetalingen die u voor de order heeft uitgevoerd en aan de retour heeft gekoppeld. Dit betekent niet dat Zonos ze heeft uitgevoerd.

statusTransitionsvan de retour, op basis vancreatedAt, toont de wijziging: defromStatus, detoStatus, wie de wijziging heeft gedaan en een eventuele opmerking, zoals de reden waarom een retour is afgewezen. ORDER_RETURN_STATUS_CHANGEDverstuurd. Als u alleen wilt weten wanneer retouren worden afgesloten, abonneer u dan alleen opORDER_RETURN_COMPLETEDin plaats van elke statuswijziging te verwerken.
