Hello에서 custom message 표시

Custom message는 쇼퍼와 소통하는 훌륭한 방법입니다. 배송 지연 안내나 프로모션 안내 등 위치에 따라 국제 쇼퍼에게 번역된 message를 표시할 수 있습니다.

Country별로 custom message를 활성화할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 미국과 Canada 쇼퍼에게는 표시하고 UK 쇼퍼에게는 표시하지 않을 수 있습니다. 또는 page별로 활성화하여 쇼퍼가 보고 있는 product 또는 webpage에 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

추가한 message는 모든 지원 언어로 자동 번역되며, 쇼퍼의 browser 설정에 따라 올바른 language가 표시됩니다.

Custom message 생성 

Custom message는 Dashboard에서 관리합니다. custom message를 생성하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요.

1. Dashboard -> Settings로 이동합니다.
2. Hello 섹션에서 Custom messages를 클릭합니다.
3. Add custom message를 클릭합니다.
4. message text, enabled countries, 표시할 page 등 custom message 정보를 입력합니다.
5. Save를 클릭합니다.

message 위에 마우스를 올려 More options (•••) menu를 표시한 다음 Edit 또는 Delete를 선택하여 custom message를 편집하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Custom message 위치 

특정 page에 custom message를 동적으로 표시하여 적절한 시점에 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다. 다음 page에 custom message를 표시할 수 있습니다.

• Default - 모든 page에 message를 표시합니다.
• Home page
• Product list page
• Product detail page
• Cart page

Dynamic page display가 작동하려면 Dashboard Hello settings에 올바른 URL pattern이 설정되어 있어야 합니다.

1. Dashboard -> Settings -> Hello settings로 이동합니다.
2. Page URL patterns 섹션에서 각 page에 관련 URL을 추가합니다. 고급 matching에는 regex syntax를 사용하세요.
3. 페이지 상단에서 Save를 클릭합니다.

Message translation 관리 

Custom message를 생성하면 모든 supported language로 자동 번역됩니다.

Custom message를 생성하면 translation queue에 들어가며 몇 분 내에 번역됩니다. 번역이 완료될 때까지 목록에서 message가 grayed-out으로 표시됩니다. 번역된 버전을 보려면 message 위에 마우스를 올려 More options (•••) menu를 표시한 다음 View translations를 선택하세요.

auto-generated translation 중 일부를 거부하려면 translation 옆의 “thumbs down” button을 클릭하세요. translation 표시가 제거됩니다.
