Every time you ship a package under $2,500 USD to the United States with PostNL, add your Zonos information to the shipment. It tells PostNL which catalog of goods holds your product information, and which product data to attach. It takes two steps.
Your Zonos Organization ID appears in step 3 of the setup steps on your Dashboard home page, with a button to copy it. It's also in Settings → Integration, under Organization ID.
You can look up one product at a time, or export the IDs for every product at once.
Note: Zonos Catalog Item IDs are unique to the items uploaded in Catalog. If you delete an item in Catalog and re-upload it later, it will have a new Zonos Catalog Item ID. Be sure to export newly added products to get their Zonos Catalog Item IDs.
Go to Dashboard → Catalog.
Click the item.
On the Product details tab at the top, the first field is the Catalog Item ID. Click the copy icon next to it to copy it.
2. Add the IDs to your shipment
Where you enter your Zonos IDs depends on how you create your PostNL shipments. Choose the way you ship:
Starting October 16, 2026:
Enter your Zonos Organization ID in the Zonos Organization ID field.
When you add a product to your shipment, enter its Zonos Catalog Item ID in the Zonos Catalog Item ID field.
