Zonos and PostNL

Supply the product data your U.S.-bound PostNL shipments require.

U.S. import requirements now reach further into product-level data than they used to. Steel and aluminum items need a declared metal origin or the parcel is charged a punitive default Section 232 rate, and starting January 20, 2027, products regulated by U.S. agencies must have that agency's data filed electronically with the customs entry. At the same time, postal shipments under $2,500 USD can now have free trade agreements applied to reduce duty — provided the supporting documentation travels with the shipment.

PostNL has partnered with Zonos to give you a place to hold that data. A Verified Account stores your product information so the right details are attached to your shipments before they reach the U.S. border.

With a Verified Account, you can:

  • Sync or upload your product catalog to Zonos

  • See which items need more information before they can ship to the U.S.

  • Answer product-specific questions and upload the supporting documents

To get started, set up your Verified Account with Zonos.
