View and filter shipments
On the shipment list page, you can view all your shipments and filter them based on various criteria. The page displays key information for each shipment including the order number, shipment status, customer information, service level, tracking number, shipment cost, and creation date.
Filter options
You can filter shipments by:
- Status: View all shipments, or view Created or Voided shipments
- Amount: Filter by shipment cost
- Service level: Filter by shipping service (e.g., Express, Standard)
- Destination: Filter by destination country
- Date: Filter by shipment creation date
To apply filters:
- Click to add filters above the shipments list
- Select your desired filter options
- Click Apply to filter the shipments
- To remove filters, click Clear filters
Shipment details and actions
Click on any shipment to view its detailed information. The shipment details page shows the shipping service level, ship-to and ship-from addresses, associated order number, and tracking information.
Available actions
From the shipment details page, you can:
- Copy the tracking number
- Click the tracking link to view the package status in the carrier's tracking system
- Download and print a packing slip to include with your shipment
Shipments
Quickly find and view shipments.The Shipments list page allows you to locate shipments associated with your orders effectively. To locate shipments, log into Dashboard -> go to Shipping -> Shipments.
