Key metrics
Three summary cards appear at the top of the analytics panel:
- Total shipments — Number of shipments matching the current filters.
- Total amount — Sum of all Zonos-generated label costs for matching shipments. Only reflects shipments with a Zonos label.
- Avg cost — Average label cost per shipment. Also limited to shipments with a Zonos-generated label.
All monetary values are displayed in your store's billing currency.
Carriers and service levels
A bar chart displays the top 8 carriers by shipment count. Hover over a bar to see the carrier name, shipment count, and total label cost for that carrier.
Click a carrier bar to filter the shipments list by that carrier. When a carrier filter is active, the chart switches to a Service levels breakdown showing all shipping services used under that carrier, ranked by shipment count. Click the back arrow to clear the carrier filter and return to the carrier chart.
Destination drilldown
Below the carrier chart, a ranked list shows your top destination countries by shipment count. This list supports multi-level drilldown so you can explore where shipments are going.
Country level
The default view shows the top destination countries. Each row displays the country name, shipment count, and a relative volume bar. Click any country to drill into it.
State or province level
For countries with region-level data (such as the United States, Canada, and Australia), clicking a country shows a breakdown by state or province. Click a region to drill further into cities.
City level
The deepest drilldown level shows the top cities within the selected region or country. If no city data is available, a message indicates that city breakdown data is not yet available.
Use the back arrow in the section header to return to the previous drilldown level.
Filter options
The analytics panel respects all active filters on the Shipments page. Adjusting any filter automatically refreshes the analytics data.
Date range
Select the time period to analyze. Options include preset ranges (last 7, 30, or 90 days) or a custom date range. The default is last 90 days.
Destination country
Filter shipments by a single destination country. When set, all analytics reflect only shipments to that country, and the destination drilldown starts at the state or province level.
Service level
Filter by one or more shipping service levels. When active, the carrier chart is hidden and the service levels breakdown is displayed instead.
Status
Filter by shipment status using the tabs above the shipments list: All, Created, or Voided.
Show or hide analytics
Click the chevron button at the edge of the analytics panel to collapse or expand it. When collapsed, the shipments table uses the full page width.
Shipment analytics
Analyze shipment volume, carrier performance, and destination trends alongside the shipments list.
The Shipments page in Dashboard includes a collapsible analytics panel that provides real-time insights into your shipping operations. The panel updates automatically as you apply filters, giving you a live summary of volume, cost, and geographic distribution. To view shipment analytics, log into Dashboard -> go to Shipping -> Shipments.
