Volg de onderstaande stappen zodat uw klanten douanegegevens kunnen ophalen die kunnen worden gebruikt bij het aanmaken van zendingen vanaf uw platform.

Sta klanten toe om hun Zonos API-inloggegevens in te voeren
De Zonos API is toegankelijk via een credentialToken. Uw platform moet klanten de mogelijkheid bieden om hun credentialToken van het Zonos Dashboard in te voeren in uw platform. Vanuit hier kunt u namens hen verzoeken doen aan Zonos.

Vraag douanegegevens op
Gebruik onderstaande query om douanegegevens op te halen die nodig zijn om de zending aan te maken. Voor de orderId kunt u de Zonos order-ID of het accountOrderNumber gebruiken dat waarschijnlijk al in uw systeem aanwezig is.

Maak de zending met de vervoerder
Zodra je de douane-informatie voor een bestelling hebt opgehaald, kun je die informatie gebruiken in je verzoek aan de vervoerder. Wanneer je het label en het trackingnummer van de vervoerder terugkrijgt, kun je de shipmentCreate mutatie gebruiken, om Zonos over het trackingnummer te informeren zodat we de status van de bestelling kunnen bijwerken.

Als u een partner bent van Zonos en werkt met een klant die uw platform voor verzending gebruikt, kunt u Zonos aanroepen voor details over de bestelling. Deze details kunnen worden gebruikt in uw labelverzoek bij de vervoerder om ervoor te zorgen dat de doorgegeven gegevens overeenkomen met de gegevens die worden gebruikt om te garanderen dat Zonos de invoerrechten en belastingen voor die zending heft. Wij zullen details teruggeven over belasting-ID's, artikelen, inclusief HS-codes en douane-omschrijvingen, en rekeningnummers die moeten worden gefactureerd voor invoerrechten en belastingen.
