Accounttypes
Dashboard Lite provides different feature sets based on your postal operator's integration level with Zonos:
Verified accounts
Full access to all tools including orders, shipments, and direct billing. Requires payment method on file. Currently U.S.-bound shipments only.
Business accounts
Access to Item Quoter and Shipment Quoter (coming soon). This simplified Dashboard is designed to help you get familiar with duties, while your postal operator continues to handle orders, shipments, and billing.

Account type is based on your postal operator integration.
Instellingen en accountbeheer
Regardless of your integration type, you will have access to the following settings:
- General settings like business name and address
- Integrations, including the ability to set up a new integration
- Team management
To set up a new integration:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect an account
- Create new account and select partner organization (e.g., Canada Post, Australia Post)
Once created, toggle between accounts using the Dashboard store switcher by clicking your store icon (top left) and selecting your store or clicking Switch store to search.
Note: When you link multiple accounts, they will share a single payment method. You cannot have different payment methods for each linked account.

- Check with your postal operator: Your account type depends on their integration level with Zonos. You can also visit the Zonos website and hover over Partners to see if your postal operator is listed.
- Access Dashboard Lite: Use credentials provided by your postal operator or Zonos
- Start with Item Quoter: Classify products and understand duty implications
- Shipment management: View and manage U.S. orders if your integration type is a verified account.
