Payment notification
Collect quote를 생성하면 customer는 secure payment link와 clear instruction이 포함된 automated email을 받습니다. email에는 company information과 shipment detail이 함께 표시되어 legitimacy를 establish하고 consignee가 shipment source를 이해하도록 돕습니다.
email notification에는 다음이 포함됩니다:
- unique identifier가 있는 secure payment link
- shipment detail 및 sender information
- payment 완료를 위한 clear instruction
- company branding 및 contact information
Payment page experience
payment cart는 transaction detail과 duty, tax, collect fee의 complete breakdown을 표시하지만 product pricing은 private로 유지합니다. 이 transparency는 customer가 정확히 무엇에 payment하는지 이해하도록 돕고 pricing strategy를 보호합니다.
consignee는 다음을 할 수 있습니다:
- 모든 duty, tax, fee의 detailed breakdown 확인
- shipment information 및 sender detail 확인
- secure payment method로 payment 완료
- preferred language로 page access
지원 country 및 language
Collect cart URL은 customer browser language를 자동 detect하여 적절히 content를 표시하며 49개 country에서 42개 language를 지원합니다. payment link는 3개월 후 expire되어 customer가 편한 시간에 payment를 완료할 수 있습니다.

Payment 완료
payment 완료 시 consignee는 secure payment methods powered by Stripe에 access할 수 있습니다. system은 merchant의 additional implementation 없이 모든 payment processing을 secure하게 처리합니다.
payment 완료 후:
- consignee는 payment confirmation을 받습니다
- Zonos Collect는 quote를 즉시 order로 convert합니다
- Optional— successful payment에 대한 webhook notification을 받습니다
- shipment delivery를 진행할 수 있습니다
Contact information
Zonos account setup 시 제공한 contact information이 consignee에게 표시됩니다. company name, address, phone number, contact email, website가 payment page 및 email communication에 표시됩니다.
quote 생성 시 sender contact information을 제공하면 payment page에도 표시되어 shipment legitimacy establish에 도움이 됩니다.
Customization option
Dashboard setting으로 consignee experience를 customize할 수 있습니다:
- Email branding: Dashboard → Settings → Branding settings에서 Collect payment card 및 email branding을 adjust합니다. 자세히 알아보기.
- Company information: Dashboard → Settings → General에서 contact detail 및 branding information을 update합니다
- Payment methods: Stripe setting으로 available payment option을 configure합니다

Zonos Collect는 consignee가 international shipment의 customs duty, tax, fee를 secure payment할 수 있는 hosted payment page를 제공합니다. payment process는 transparent하고 secure하며 여러 language 및 country에서 accessible하도록 설계되었습니다.
