Item Quoter는 AI 기술로 product에 대한 정확한 HS code를 생성합니다. 이 tool은 배송 전 관세 영향 및 비용을 이해하는 데 도움이 되며, 더 나은 pricing 및 고객 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 합니다.
checkout에 live duty calculation이 없는 online business의 경우, Item Quoter는 국제 관세를 반영한 적절한 product pricing strategy를 결정하는 데 필요한 관세율을 제공합니다.
Item Quoter 사용 방법:
- Item Quoter로 이동
- Product information 입력
- item을 명확히 설명
- 관세 비용 calculation의 경우:
- country of origin 선택(제조국)
- product price 입력
- 정확도 향상: (+) 클릭하여 image URL, category, material 추가
- Destination 선택
- destination country 선택(관세 calculation에 필수)
- universal 6-digit HS code를 위해 비워 둠
- 관세율 생성
- Get result 클릭
- 다음을 포함한 결과 검토:
- HS code(국가별 6–14 digit)
- Confidence score
- Duty rate 및 계산된 duty amount
관세 calculation 이해
product price 및 country of origin을 제공하면 Item Quoter는 총 관세 비용과 product에 적용되는 개별 관세율 상세 breakdown을 포함한 포괄적 관세 정보를 제공합니다. item이 관세에서 제외되면 결과에 "Duty exempt"가 표시됩니다.
우편 shipment에 다른 pricing structure를 확립하는 새 Executive Order와 함께, Item Quoter는 commercial 및 postal 전용 duty rate를 모두 표시합니다.

Settings 및 account management
Integration 유형과 관계없이 다음 settings에 접근할 수 있습니다:
- Business name 및 address 같은 general settings
- 새 integration 설정 가능한 Integrations

새 integration 설정:
- Dashboard → Settings → Integrations로 이동
- Connect an account 클릭
- 새 account 생성 및 partner organization 선택(예: Canada Post, Australia Post)
생성 후 Dashboard store switcher로 account 전환 — store icon(왼쪽 상단) 클릭하여 store 선택 또는 Switch store 클릭하여 검색.
참고: 여러 account를 link하면 단일 payment method를 공유합니다. link된 account마다 다른 payment method를 가질 수 없습니다.

- Postal operator를 통해 account 설정: 기본 profile information 및 account setup 완료. Zonos website를 방문하여 Partners에 마우스를 올려 postal operator 등재 여부 확인 가능.

Business account는 관세 비용 추정을 위한 핵심 Dashboard Lite tool에 접근할 수 있습니다. postal operator가 order processing, shipment tracking, billing을 처리하며, Zonos는 postal operator와 협력하여 징수된 관세를 U.S. Customs and Border Control(CBP)에 송금합니다.
