Discount 처리

Zonos는 Shopify checkout에서 적용된 discount를 수신하고 할인된 item amount로 landed cost를 계산합니다. discount는 Zonos에서 order-level discount로 표시되어 duty와 tax 계산이 customer가 실제로 지불한 금액을 정확히 반영합니다.

추가 setup은 필요하지 않습니다. discount handling은 모든 Shopify plan에서 자동으로 작동합니다. Shopify app block은 이 기능에 필요하지 않습니다.

작동 방식 

customer가 checkout에서 discount code 또는 automatic discount를 적용하면 Zonos는 다음을 수행합니다.

1. rate request의 일부로 Shopify에서 discount를 수신합니다.
2. 할인된 item amount를 기준으로 landed cost를 계산합니다.
3. Zonos Dashboard에서 discount를 order-level discount로 표시합니다.

이를 통해 duty와 tax가 customer가 실제로 지불한 금액을 기준으로 항상 계산되어 정확한 landed cost quote를 제공합니다.

Discount handling 활성화 

1. Shopify admin에서 Zonos app으로 이동합니다.
2. Checkout settings 섹션에서 Use discounted amounts in rate requests checkbox를 토글합니다.
3. Save를 클릭합니다.
