사전 요구 사항
시작하기 전에 다음을 확인하세요:
- FedEx account number
- FedEx account와 연결된 email 또는 phone number(PIN 기반 verification용) 또는 최근 90일 이내 FedEx invoice(invoice verification용)
account 정보 입력
- Zonos Dashboard에서 Settings > Rates > Carrier Accounts로 이동합니다.
- FedEx 옆의 Connect를 클릭합니다.
- 다음 필수 필드를 작성합니다:

- shipping address를 입력합니다. contact address가 동일하면 **„Contact address is same as shipping address“**를 선택합니다. 그렇지 않으면 선택 해제하고 별도 contact address를 입력합니다.
- FedEx licensing agreement를 검토하고 수락합니다:
- „FedEx licensing agreement“ 버튼을 클릭하여 전체 agreement를 읽습니다.
- 검토 후 Zonos terms of service 및 FedEx licensing agreement에 동의함을 확인하는 확인란을 선택합니다.
- verification으로 진행하려면 Next를 클릭합니다.
verification 방법 선택
FedEx는 account 소유권을 verification하기 위해 multi-factor authentication(MFA)을 요구합니다. 다음 방법 중 하나를 선택하세요:

| Request MFA bypass via FedEx tech support | 877-339-2774로 FedEx tech support에 전화하여 account number에 대한 MFA bypass를 명시적으로 요청하세요. FedEx가 대신 account를 verification하고 PIN 생성을 건너뜁니다. bypass가 완료되면 이 옵션을 선택하고 Next를 클릭합니다. |

다음에 표시되는 내용은 선택한 verification 방법에 따라 다릅니다.
PIN verification(Email, SMS 또는 Phone call)
- email, text message를 확인하거나 FedEx의 phone call에 응답합니다.
- 받은 PIN을 Verification PIN 필드에 입력합니다.
- Verify를 클릭합니다.
Invoice verification
최근 FedEx invoice(최근 90일 이내 수신)에서 다음 세부 정보를 입력합니다:

FedEx tech support(MFA bypass)
위 방법으로 MFA verification을 완료할 수 없으면 877-339-2774로 FedEx tech support에 전화하여 account number에 대한 MFA bypass를 명시적으로 요청하세요. 로그인할 수 없다고만 보고하지 마세요 — MFA bypass를 요청해야 합니다. FedEx가 대신 account를 verification하고 PIN 생성을 건너뜁니다. bypass가 완료되었음을 확인하면 **„I have requested an MFA bypass from FedEx tech support“**를 선택하고 Next를 클릭합니다.
Note: MFA bypass는 verification 단계에만 적용됩니다. 1단계의 address validation은 bypass할 수 없습니다.
FedEx rate 사용 시작
FedEx account가 연결되었으므로 live FedEx rate를 shipping quote에 사용하려면 다음을 수행하세요:
- Create shipping zones - Shipping zone을 사용하면 국가 또는 국가 그룹별로 다른 service level, rule 및 shipping rate를 설정할 수 있습니다. 생성할 shipping zone 수에 제한이 없습니다.
- Enable FedEx service levels - 사용하려는 zone에서 service level을 활성화하면 zone별로 다른 service level을 제공할 수 있습니다.
- Test your shipping - production에서 사용하거나 웹사이트에 live로 배포하기 전에 모든 것이 제대로 작동하고 의도한 대로 표시되는지 shipping을 테스트하세요.
FedEx account 편집
account가 연결된 후 FedEx account number를 언제든지 업데이트할 수 있습니다:
- Settings > Rates > Carrier Accounts로 이동합니다.
- FedEx account에서 Edit를 클릭합니다.
- account number를 업데이트하고 licensing agreement에 동의합니다.
- Save를 클릭합니다.
편집에는 MFA re-verification이 필요하지 않습니다.
troubleshooting
MFA verification 실패
MFA verification 단계에서 error가 발생하면 FedEx tech support에 문의하라는 banner가 표시됩니다. 해결 방법:
- 877-339-2774로 FedEx tech support에 전화하여 account number에 대한 MFA bypass를 명시적으로 요청하세요. login 문제만 보고하지 마세요 — MFA bypass를 요청해야 합니다.
- bypass가 완료되었음을 확인하면 verification method list에서 **„I have requested an MFA bypass from FedEx tech support“**를 선택하고 Next를 클릭합니다.
Note: MFA bypass는 verification 단계에만 적용됩니다. 1단계의 address validation 문제는 tech support를 통해 bypass할 수 없습니다.
MFA session 만료
MFA session에는 제한된 time window가 있습니다. session이 만료되면 verification method 선택 화면으로 돌아갑니다. 방법을 선택하고 다시 시도하세요.
PIN 미수신
- Email PIN: spam/junk folder를 확인하세요. FedEx account의 email이 올바른지 확인하세요.
- SMS PIN: FedEx account의 phone number가 text message를 받을 수 있는지 확인하세요.
- Phone call PIN: account의 number로 전화를 받을 수 있는지 확인하세요.
위 방법이 모두 작동하지 않으면 Invoice verification을 사용하거나 877-339-2774로 FedEx tech support에 문의하세요.
FedEx account 연결
multi-factor authentication(MFA)가 있는 FedEx Compatible Solutions Program(REST) integration을 사용하여 FedEx account를 Zonos에 연결합니다.
Zonos Dashboard를 통해 안전하고 검증된 로그인으로 FedEx account를 쉽게 연결하세요. FedEx와의 통합은 REST API를 사용하여 live shipping rate를 가져오므로 가장 정확한 shipping 및 landed cost 계산을 얻을 수 있습니다.
