Email settings

Configure and monitor your organization's email notifications.

Email settings let admins control which transactional emails are sent to customers, configure reply-to addresses and copy recipients, and monitor email delivery activity. This page is available under Settings → Email in Dashboard.

Activity tab

The Activity tab provides a real-time view of your organization's email delivery metrics and individual email records.

Stats cards

At the top of the Activity tab, five stat cards summarize your email performance for the selected date range:

  • Total sent — Total emails sent in the period, with the date range displayed below.
  • Delivered — Emails successfully delivered to the recipient's mail server.
  • Opened — Emails opened by the recipient (based on tracking pixel).
  • Clicked — Emails where the recipient clicked a link.
  • Bounced — Emails that could not be delivered.

Click any stat card (except Total sent) to filter the records table by that status.

Activity chart

The chart visualizes email volume over time. When viewing 30 days or fewer, data is grouped by day. For longer ranges, data is grouped by week — hover over a data point to see the full week range (for example, "Jan 19 – Jan 25").

Email records table

Below the chart, the records table lists individual emails with columns for recipient, subject, template type, delivery status, and sent date. Use the filters above the table to narrow results by:

  • Date — supports "is in the last", "is before", "is between", and other date modes.
  • Recipient — search by email address.
  • Template type — filter by email type (e.g., Order confirmation, Invoice receipt).
  • Status — filter by delivery status (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Spam reported).

Click any row to open the email detail dialog, which shows the full delivery timeline with event timestamps.

Resending emails

From the email detail dialog, click Resend to send another copy of the email to the original recipient. A confirmation dialog will appear before the email is sent.

Settings tab

The Settings tab lets admins configure which email types are enabled and how copies are routed.

Email categories

Emails are organized into categories based on their purpose:

Per-type settings

For each configurable email type, you can set:

  • Enabled/disabled — Toggle whether this email type is sent.
  • Reply-to email — The address that appears when recipients reply (defaults to no-reply@zonos.com).
  • Send copies to — Additional email addresses that receive a copy (BCC) of every email of this type. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
