Access your notification preferences
To manage your notification preferences:
- Log in to Dashboard.
- Click on your user name in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Manage account → Notifications.
You can also access this page directly at dashboard.zonos.com/unsubscribe. This is the link used in unsubscribe footers in Zonos emails.
Notification categories
Each category controls a group of related notifications. Toggle categories on or off based on what you want to receive.

Account & security notifications cannot be disabled because they contain critical information about your account access and security.
Email notifications
Manage your personal notification preferences.Email notification preferences let you control which categories of email notifications you receive from Zonos. These are personal settings tied to your user account, not the organization. Every user can manage their own preferences regardless of their role.
